Our website has a contact form. When you use it, we collect:

• Your work email address

• Your phone number

• Anything you choose to write in the message field

Please do not send us sensitive information (such as health, political or biometric details) through the form. We do not ask for it and do not need it to answer your enquiry.

2.2 Information collected automatically
Each time a page loads, our website records limited technical information: your IP address, browser type and device, the pages you view and the time of your visit. We and our service providers use this to deliver the site, keep it secure, detect faults and understand visitor numbers in aggregate. We do not use it to identify you individually or to build a profile of you.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use the information you submit to read your enquiry, reply to it, and keep a record of the exchange. We use technical information to keep the site available and secure, to detect and fix faults, and to understand general traffic levels.
 
Under Israeli law, providing your details through the contact form is voluntary and there is no legal obligation to do so.
 
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are:

• Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): responding to enquiries, keeping records of business contacts, and keeping our website secure and working correctly

• Steps prior to entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)): where your enquiry concerns buying our services

We do not use your details for marketing or newsletters, and we do not sell personal information or use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We use a small number of cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not track you across other websites. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the site may then not work correctly.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it for us, and with others where the law requires it.

• Our website hosting and site-building platform, which operates the site and the contact form

• Our business email provider, which receives and stores enquiry correspondence

• A third-party error and performance monitoring provider based in the United States

• Professional advisers, regulators or law enforcement, where we are legally required or permitted to disclose

 
Each provider is bound by a contract limiting what they may do with the information.
6. Transfers outside your country
We are based in Israel, and our service providers may store or process information on servers in the European Union or the United States.
For personal data originating in the EEA or UK, Israel benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission, meaning information transferred to us is treated as receiving an equivalent level of protection.
Transfers to the United States are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, by certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or by another approved safeguard. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply to any particular transfer.
 
7. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form enquiries and the correspondence that follows for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to maintain a record of our business contacts, and we review this periodically. If your enquiry becomes a business relationship, we keep the records for as long as that relationship lasts and then for any period required by tax and accounting law.
Technical and server log information is kept for a short period only, in line with the standard retention settings of our hosting platform, and is not used to build any longer-term record of your visit.

8. How we protect it
The website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to enquiry emails is restricted to the people at CYDERO who need it, protected by individual accounts and multi-factor authentication. Our providers maintain their own technical and organisational security measures. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the limited information we hold.

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law you may:

• Ask to review the information we hold about you

• Ask us to correct, complete or clarify information that is incorrect, incomplete or out of date

• Ask us to delete information, where the law provides for it

 
If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to receive a copy of your data in a portable format, to ask us to restrict our processing, and to object to processing we carry out on the basis of our legitimate interests. You are not subject to any solely automated decision-making by us.
To exercise any of these, email us at info@cydero.com . We will respond within the time the law allows, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first. Exercising these rights is free of charge.
 
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority, or to the data protection authority in your country if you are in the EEA or UK.

10. Children
Our website and services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
